Life Jenerally is an unscripted, conversational podcast hosted by two longtime friends, Jen Lofstrom and Jen Tran, who use humor and straight-talk to unpack the chaos, absurdity, and growth that comes with mid-life. Each episode jumps across topics—entertainment, everyday observations, self-improvement, personal reinvention, and whatever else life throws at them.

The tone is blunt, funny, and relatable. The show blends storytelling, real-world reflection, and self-discovery without pretending to be an authority. It’s targeted toward women (or anyone who identifies as a woman) navigating career shifts, aging, relationships, identity changes, and the general “WTF is happening” moments of adulthood.
